  The workshop kicked off with a gamified visual icebreaker. Through rapid sketching and AI visualization, colleagues guessed each other's fun facts, instantly sparking laughter, breaking workplace hierarchy, and accelerating mutual understanding.

• Step 2: Visualizing Inner Worlds through "What is Your Life?"

  Exploring the philosophical theme "What is your life?", participants used the newly launched VIVA AI Canvas to transform rough sketches into masterpieces with a single click. By removing artistic skill barriers, every employee could visualize their inner thoughts and personal stories. Sharing these life portraits opened windows into colleagues' hearts, fostering profound emotional connections and self-reflection.

• Step 3: Co-Creating Organizational Culture with "Zootopia"

  Armed with a renewed appreciation for their peers, the team collaborated in a guided "Zootopia" simulation game. Working together, they co-created a shared visual representation of their team spirit and organizational vision.
